Specializing in weight loss and injury rehabilitation, Ricardo uses his knowledge of kinesiology and anatomy to prescribe detailed and results-based workouts to get his clients not only looking great but feeling great, too. Through functional movement screening and a multi-point fitness evaluation, Ricardo will get your body running at peak performance.


Ricardo is also certified in Kettle Bell Athletics level I and II, integrated flexibility training, and pre and post natal exercise.
