A former athlete in the sport of Track and Field, Sidney specializes in strength training, cardiovascular awareness and conditioning, flexibility and endurance running. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education and an Associate Degree in Education. He is also certified in Foundations of Group Exercise and Health Lifestyle Principles. Having been a coach for the last 25 years he has achieved success throughout his career. He taught Boot Camp and cross training in the Bahamas for over 10 and the USA for 10 years. In order to achieve these levels, Sidney uses his athlete creativity, motivation, and ability to workout. In doing so, it helps to make the workout challenging yet exciting and facilitates it in a dynamic, positive, and inspiring way. As a coach of Olympic games and 2008, 2004, 2000, 1996 and also the World Championship’s he achieved some successes, which included Olympic medals & World championships medals. Sidney’s experience extends to caching at several Universities, University of Alabama, University of Minnesota and the University of Arkansas of Little Rock. He also have mentored Student athletes in strength training and conditioning. He trains a diverse clients base and has a high successful track record in helping his clients to achieve their goals at all levels.
